New ownership

The owners of Nordic Group AS have entered into an agreement with Insula to sell their 96% of the shares in the company. This acquisition also means that Insula takes over 83% of the shares in AS Båtsfjordbruket.

The new ownership will not affect our relationship with you and our partners around the world. We have spent years building good and long-lasting relationships with our customers and this work will continue as before.

We will still focus on being the important link between the Norwegian seafood supply industry and our customers both at home and abroad.

Under the new ownership we see opportunities to expand our product range and to continue to bring the best of Norwegian seafood to markets around the world.

We will still strive to provide the best service possible!

Now we are starting a new chapter in the Nordic Group's 50 year history and we are very much looking forward to the future.
